Going with Michele Dee, as our family's realtor was the smartest decision we've ever made.
Michele helped us manage the purchase and sale of our first home (a condo). Both transactions were complicated, but were made smooth by Michele's incredible expertise and network of industry relationships. We were constantly blown away by Michele's ability to explain processes, recommend strategy, and manage the entire complicated sale cycle.
To purchase our first house, we went to Michele without hesitation. Michele stayed patient with our concerns and took the time to truly understand what was important to us as a family. She goes above and beyond to make things happen, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
We can't recommend Michele enough, she is an incredible asset during one of the biggest events in a person/family's life.

After my Aunt passed away in California I was looking for an experienced agent to help me sell her house. My husband and I interviewed four different agents and chose Michele. Her market knowledge was excellent and she guided us every step of the way. Trying to sell a property from Virginia wasn't ideal, but Michele made the process painless. The house sold quickly and we are grateful for Michele's knowledge and assistance. She was responsive and answered our questions quickly, it made the time difference non-existent. Not only was she professional she was also compassionate and caring, understanding the emotional road I was on cleaning out a house my Aunt had lived in for 32 years. We highly recommend Michele and would hire her again without hesitation. We initially were looking for an experienced real estate agent and not only found a great agent, but made a friend as well.

I had the opportunity to work with Michele both in the sale of my home and in the purchase of a new home. My townhome at 327 Commodore sold in one day. This was due to Michele’s great council on staging the house and on determining a price to sell. Real Estate agents who lived in my townhome community told me how much Michele was doing on my behalf, the professional pictures, the creative MLS posting and her attentiveness at the open house.
